Spacepath Communications is a small but rapidly growing company which specialises in the design and manufacture of high power amplifiers for satellite communication uplink applications. A vacancy now exists for a product assembly technician, working on the latest generation of power amplifier systems.The role entails:Assembly of high voltage modules, Solder multi-pin connector assemblies, Assembly of switch mode power supply modules, Assembly of modular high power amplifier systems and sub assemblies, Assisting engineering staff with assembly of prototype equipment, Assembly of waveguide systems, To help create and generate assembly proceduresThe successful candidate will:Be able to work on small electromechanical assemblies with a good level of manual dexterityHave good experience of hand soldering small electronic assemblies and connectorsHave attention to detail and good eyesight and colour vision [with glasses if required]Work well in a team and individuallyNote - HR that Helps Ltd is acting in the capacity of a recruitment agency in this ad Required skills
