Job Description

**Candidates must hold a full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above**KiddyKare are seeking a Deputy Room Leader for well-established nursery based in Hook. This role would also be a great opportunity for a strong practitioner that is looking for career progression.Supported with its incredible outside environment and its own private parking, this setting provides a home from home feel for the children, carers, and staff.The Deputy Room Leader will support the Room Leader in the daily running of the room.Benefits include:

The ideal candidate must hold a Level 3 or above in Childcare and have at least 3 years experience in a nursery setting.Duties and Responsibilities
  • To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met.
  • To develop the observation, methodology and implementation of learning and curriculum within the setting.
  • To work alongside the room leader to develop practise within the setting to ensure we are providing a high-quality environment.
  • Help to plan and run nursery events.
  • Build a strong working partnership with parents and staff.
  • Support the room in providing outstanding care to the children.
  • Working with outside agencies.
