To provide - a qualified psychology service to adults with a range of presenting difficulties with a focus on supporting those who experienced complex trauma through their employment, early life, military experiences or as a result of more recent significant events; specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention to individuals, family groups and / or professional networks; facilitate training and workshops; support with carrying out ASD assessments across the lifespan.To offer advice and consultation on clients psychological care to colleagues from various disciplines; to be involved in the planning, facilitating and evaluating group programmes; to utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and research within areas serviced by Phoenix; to carry out cognitive functioning assessments in the context of pre-proceedings and family law.
