Working closely with brands to maintain specialisation within site, you’ll provide leadership to a small team of direct reports, coaching and motivating them whilst leading by example. Overall, you will engender a culture within the branch which generates profit whilst recognising and promoting the absolute importance of health and safety, environmentally responsible behaviour and the highest standards of business ethics and compliance with corporate requirements.Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
