Your adaptability, agility and creativity will help you build the skills and confidence you need todevelop an IT career in a business that’s growing faster than you imagine.Responsibilities:

  • Responding to system-triggered alerts on supported customer and in-house systems
  • Diagnosing hardware failures
  • Restarting services and managing initial troubleshooting steps for incidents
  • Triaging automated alerts from customer systems and prioritizing them based on severity
  • Logging new incidents and alarms with appropriate priority levels
  • Ensuring timely responses and resolutions within contracted SLAs
  • Collaborating with team members to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the incident management process
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations Team

Salary:£12,480 per annumWorking hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pmBenefits:

Future prospects: At the end of the apprenticeship, we’ll offer you a guaranteed permanent role with a starting salary of £27,300, provided you complete your probationary period and qualification.Employees who demonstrate the right attitude and a drive to succeed have the opportunity to progress through various levels, starting from 1st Line and advancing to 2nd and 3rd Line roles.
