Efficient running of the warehouse and organisation of staffing levels to ensure efficient loading, unloading, and picking. To manage training to ensure effective employee induction and ongoing training Arrange/review maintenance of all capital equipment and site infrastructure as required Deal with warehouse staff HR issues and record/manage holiday and sickness. Liaise with Senior Managers at Site and Group to infiltrate and maintain company policies.
