A good manner both face to face and over the phone is essential for this role as you will also be required to make outbound calls to new and existing customers.Having the ability to build good relationships will be a large part of this role as you will liaise with our sales; warehouse and transport teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time to satisfy customer requirements.
