Reed Financial Services is currently working with a Well stablished Financial Services Company based across the UK.Due to ongoing expansion they now require a Senior Regional Manager to join their teamKey Accountabilities:Training/Development and Coaching of PICOP AdvisersTo lead, manage, coach and develop the performance of teams within their management jurisdiction.Implement effective training and development plans for all direct reports via an annual assessment and ongoing during the year.Increase own and other direct reports technical knowledge and awareness of market and legislative conditions to enable the highest standards of advice to be given.To identify appropriate training and personal development needs through the annual completion and review of the Personal Development Analysis.Ensure effective delivery and application of the companys Training and Competence Scheme in relation to the advisers under the span of control and ensure their effective supervision. To monitor advisers CPD completion and ensure the required standards aremetTo demonstrate ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of the Supervisors own knowledge and skills, evidenced bi-annually by attending a one-day refresher training course and have responsibility for their own Training and a Personal DevelopmentPlan.RevenueAchieve the annual business revenue requirements within the areas of responsibility as agreed annually with the Regional Manager.Ensure that all PICOP Advisers are charging the correct fees in accordance with Chase de Veres Rate Card.To be responsible for the sign off process in accordance with the Companys off rate card requirements.Local Client AcquisitionWork with the Regional Manager to ensure a co-ordinated approach is achieved for marketing and prospecting plans.To be responsible for the management of an agreed % of the company marketing budget to be used for the SMs own teams marketing activities with an expected return on business of a minimum of 5 x expenditure.There is a competitive salary on offer in region of 45,00065,00 depending on experience and qualifications.If you are interested in this position or would like to find out the full details, please contact Jacob Chappell
