Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a PMO analyst to join us in our Portfolio, Programme and Project Management department on an 18 Month FTC.This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to some important projects at MPS. Job Description

  • Main ResponsibilitiesThe standard responsibilities of an MPS PMO analystcan be found on the role profile, this particularrole willfocus on:
  • Tracking status of programme/project deliverables and milestones
  • Supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables (Waterfall and transition to Agile DSDM)
  • Risk and issue co-ordination
  • Co-ordination of the regular programme and project level reporting cycles including status and financial
  • Co-ordination of project governance deliverables (including quality assurance and stage gate preparation)
  • Service programme/project meetings including collating inputs, minuting and producing outputs
  • Facilitating post implementation reviews
  • Ad hoc programme/project level support
  • The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for an experienced PMO analyst (18 month FTC) who can demonstrate experience of the above responsibilities. The successful candidate will be adept at juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities and demands. The role requires someone who can communicate information in an engaging manner and effectively manage stakeholders.
