An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Continuous Improvement and Business Change (CI&C)team to develop and deliver business innovation worldwide.This will helpre-shapeand re-engineerbusiness practices to realise strategic business objectives (around growth, cost and risk) and to improve the member experience.     • Main ResponsibilitiesYou will look to identify and prioritise key areas of the MPS business that need significant improvement and, in close cooperation with the Executive, identify the strategic projects required to deliver global business transformation.Youll lead a team of 5 Business Change Partners and work within a Matrix structure maintaining close links with leaders and colleagues worldwide to support the delivery of a member driven experience.For further details relating to the role, please see the Role Profile attached at the bottom of the page. The Ideal CandidateYou will have proven experience in a continuous improvement role at senior level delivering large portfolio programme management and driving transformation business change.You will naturally be analytical,someone who can critically evaluate individual processes and projects, adept at using yourproblem-solving skills to foresee obstacles and make strategic decisions.Youll use your strong communicationstyle to clearly express complex ideas with enthusiasm,inspiring the wider teamand setting the direction for multiple initiatives.
