BI DeveloperLS11, Leeds City Centre£19.50ph Free parking! My client is a well-known organisation based in Leeds and is currently looking to recruit a BI Developer to join their already experienced team. This is a temporary role with the possibility of becoming long term, fixed team and maybe even permanent for the correct individual.Within this role you will be responsible for designing, developing and enhancing the reporting toolkit. You will also be responsible for understanding and translating business requirements. You will need to have a strong understanding of data visualisation skills as well as knowledge of data processing. Within this role you will also be responsible for influencing internal stakeholders to help define and improve data sources and process. Within this role you will be required to report into the Data Analytics Manager daily.About you:*Ability to use a variety of data sources and tools.*Experience and knowledge of using Power BI for report development.*Solid understanding of data warehousing as well as knowledge and understanding of any of the following; SQL/ Alteryx/ Oracel Essbase/ Teradata/ Tableau.*Proven ability to work well in a fast paced environment, with past experience of project work. Confidently able to work and handle tight deadlines. *Strong communication skills to enable you to effectively communicate at the right level with technical, non-technical and senior business stakeholders alike.*A pro-active and inquisitive approach to identifying opportunities to improve working processes and systems, having the confidence to question the status quo.This role offers the opportunity for flexible working, and there is the opportunity to be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.
