Job Description

My client is a regional construction company with over 10 years in the marketplace and an excellent reputation in the world of commercial refurbishment. Thanks to a growing order book they need to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team.The Role As a Quantity Surveyor you will

Prepare tenders and associated commercial documents.
Manage and improve P and L on all allocated projects
Other ad hoc duties as needed (site visits, client updates etc)

The Person It is envisaged that the ideal applicant for the role of Quantity Surveyor will have

Demonstrable Background in Quantity Surveying
Experience in commercial refurbishment
Knowledge of trades and how to get the best out of them on site
