Bring diverse communication skills and the drive to support people to succeed in employment.To be considered for the role of Inclusive Job Coach, you need:

Experience of supporting adults with a learning disability and/or Neurodiversity
To be confident in building and maintaining relationships with employers and employees
An understanding of the Supported Internship and or Supported Apprenticeship programs
Diverse communication skills
Demonstrate a high level of trust, integrity with a good understanding of confidentiality and an understanding of safeguarding
Punctual, organised and reliable
Be resilient to work pressures
Adaptable to change
The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
The ability to problem solve
An understanding of or experience of using Training in Systematic Instruction is desirable
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and nights
