RT Social Care are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team within a specialist Private service in Herfordshire. Working alongside the Occupational Therapy team, you will have experience in managing a designated caseload and will be responsible for completing assessments, planning and facilitating group sessions, implementing 1-1 interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to service users care plans.
