Job Description

RELOcruitment are delighted to be working alongside an award-winning & Storage Firm. They provide professional removals and storage solutions all over the globe.They are now looking for a Move Manager to join their busy team based in Hertfordshire.The ideal candidate will have strong Customer Service experience. Industry experience will be also be beneficial however, this is not essential.As the Move Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice and information to corporate customers in line with contractual agreements.You will have a high regard for customer service and quality standards, and you will closely monitor the tracking of consignments worldwide via their centralised system, whilst ensuring that all internal departments, sister companies and service suppliersare adhering to customer expectations and contract requirements.Responsibilities:Your main role will be to manage the shipment of individual client’s goods on behalf of our client’s corporate account. In order to achieve this, you will need to:

  • Move Manage complete door to door services.
  • Provide complete customer service and officer contact in line with KPI’s and contract requirement.
  • Liaise with agent network, service suppliers and internal departments for operational requirements.
  • Manage financial and operational process file through their operational system.
  • Manage financials of each file in line with contracted rates and specification.
  • Issue and collection of PMR from officer at end of move.
  • Assist the Team leader to develop account relationships and on-board new departments.
  • Any additional admin duties where time permits and as required.
Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • First class communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and optimistic attitude.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptable to the various tasks required and a team player.
  • Well presented, reliable and punctual.
  • Industry experience is preferable but not essential.
