Job Description

M&E Project Manager (Electrical Biased)We are seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Project Manager to join our renowned organization in the building services sector. As the M&E Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of electrical and mechanical design, installation, and maintenanceprojects across diverse sectors. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to maintaining our exceptional reputation for excellence.Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation for electrical and mechanical projects.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout project execution.
  3. Design, Installation, and Maintenance: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and address any deviations or non-conformities to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  5. Commissioning and Handover: Coordinate the commissioning process, ensuring proper functionality and performance of systems. Facilitate a smooth handover and provide ongoing support to clients.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Extensive experience in managing electrical and mechanical projects within the building services sector.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, codes, standards, and regulations.
