Job Description

HRBPHome & Office based (Watford)My client is seeking a talented and highly-motivated individual to serve as a HRBP, managing an Administrator and supporting a current headcount of 170 employees.Responsibilities:

  • Work with total business to manage all HR related day to day activities
  • Support the wider business throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Support the HR Director as necessary with transformation activities
  • Act as coach and mentor to HR Administrator
  • Promote and adhere to all BB policies
  • Take responsibility for own Health and Safety as well as that of fellow colleagues and to highlight any Health and Safety issues to the appropriate person as they arise
  • Required Skills:
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Leadership of policy implementation
  • Proven experience of involvement in cultural change programmes
  • High knowledge of training course design and leadership
  • Proven experience of managing compensation and benefit programmes
  • Proven experience of managing others
  • Leadership of policy implementation

  • High knowledge of training course design and leadership
  • Any exposure to CJRS a bonus but not a must
  • CIPD 5 or above
