Job Description

Functional Consultant - HR Permanent - Hertfordshire - £61,000-£83,000 Base SalaryThe Role:A leading IT services firm are looking for an experienced HR Functional consultant who has worked on previous projects with SAP and SuccessFactors.The successful Functional Consultant will be providing support to several Human Capital Management applications along with Travel & Expense cloud used for managing Enterprise Applications and all external and internal integrations between these applications.This role will require functional knowledge as well as some technical knowledge.Profile/Professional Experience:

  • SuccessFactors HCM background (preferably in a consulting environment)
  • Certifications in 2+ modules
  • Experienced working on 2+ full end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors project lifecycles
  • Ability to understand the business requirements and manage the conversion of them into best practice SuccessFactors enabled designs, configuration / Functional - Specifications while maintaining the integrity of the overall application design
  • Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
  • An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
  • Focused to deliver - demonstrates determination, purpose and resourcefulness to deliver the best results for the organisation.
