QA Analyst - Quality AssuranceAs a QA Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Development Team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Platform. Collaborating closely with the development team, your primary focus will be on testing the functionality, performance,and usability of the platform to guarantee a seamless user experience for our clients.Your role involves conducting comprehensive testing of the Platform, identifying and documenting software defects, and working closely with developers and support team to address and resolve issues. • Implement test strategies and quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date testing and QA documents.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project objectives.
• Execute testing and quality checks using existing tools and techniques.
• Understand existing department policies and procedures.
• Improve and develop bug and department processes.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to prioritize bugs.
• Work with Developers to test cards and report bugs.
• Follow testing procedures throughout the SPRINT lifecycle.
• Proactively create videos for bugs, replicate bugs for detailed analysis, and manage duplicate bugs as necessary.
• Verify the platform for UX/UI mismatches and enhance feature documentation for improved developer onboarding.

What youll need to succeed:

• Experience in implementing test strategies and quality assurance procedures.
• A good understanding of working with database management and development.
• Familiarity with server-side technologies.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience using version control, preferably GitHub.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with a desire to deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Consistently proactive with excellent attention to detail.
