Junior Account Manager - Integrated AgencyRole Overview:Youll be an integral part of our clients team, collaborating closely with the Account Director and creative professionals to deliver exceptional projects for their esteemed clients. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing budgetsand schedules to cultivating client relationships and supporting new business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Account Director to develop and execute brand strategies
Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
Prepare compelling presentation materials for client pitches and meetings
Attend and contribute to client meetings, representing the agency professionally
Handle financial aspects of campaigns, from budgeting to invoicing
Cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective clients
Support sales, marketing, and business development efforts through active participation in pitches and proposals
Skillfully manage and incorporate client feedback into project deliverables

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in account handling or client-facing project management
Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
Confident presenter, capable of articulating ideas and project requirements convincingly
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in copy proofing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
