Job Description

Looking for a move into HRWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their first move into a HR department.Working within the L&D department you will have a varied position where you will require an ability to multi task and be responsible for ensuring staff training courses at all levels across the whole business.The ideal candidate will have between 6-12 months office administration experience, or someone with more experience who is looking for a career change.The role will initially be on a 12 month FTC, but has a good chance of further opportunities after the initaltimeframe.The main duties & responsibilities:

  • Book and administer training courses hosted by L&D department or external training providers. The post holder is responsible for all associated administration including room bookings, organising printing of course materials, catering, and liaising with trainer and delegates
  • Manage Administration of internal Leadership Programmes
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the L&D Department and the business to ensure the annual training plan is carried out to a high standard
  • Maintain all training data accurately on the Learning Management System
  • Administer the course cancellation fee policy
  • Accurately code invoices and purchase card spend on a monthly basis
  • Ensure costs associated with courses are attributed to the correct contract by completing all relevant fields in the Learning Management System
  • Run reports from the Learning Management System as and when required
  • Respond to ad hoc requirements of the business in a timely manner, responding to all queries within 48 hours
