Together - we grow & stand strongerWhat does a typical day in this role look like* Support the marketing team with data and intelligence to add into overall social media and web performance reports* Maintaining the CRM database with overview reports on performance metrics and achievements * Creating, managing and optimising workflows associated with marketing automation and lead nurture programmes* Experience with structuring and optimising content for landing pages associated with email and social media marketing activation* Develop a HubSpot scorecard matrix to improve optimisation and conversion from prospect marketing activities* Experience with reviewing, monitoring and reporting on Google analytics (traffic, conversion etc) to create the most optimum performance for the businesses outbound marketing Wed love to meet someone with...* Strong team player but able to work off their own initiative * Can-do and solution driven * Strong communicator able to keep multiple stakeholders informed * Curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, share and deliver * Adaptable and willing to flex in a fast-paced, changing environment* Analytical thinker and can clearly identify optimisation opportunitiesAnd last but not least… whats in it for you!* To become an integral part of the marketing team and outreach plans* The opportunity to grow, flourish and develop your expertise * To be challenged, and for new ideas to be embraced * Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential* We are passionate about growth and we aim to provide every employee with a clear development plan, with regular reviews that enables them to achieve their career goals.This role is partially working from home and from the head office in Hertford.This role will see you working for Blue Square whilst supporting a variety of other areas of the business.
