Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced quality controller to join our clients site in the Ystrad Mynach/Hengoed area.Hours of workWorking days regular 8-4 Monday-Friday Duties- Comply with company Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental processes in accordance with ISO requirements and raise any issues of non-conformance- Design, implement and support the Quality Regime for all Products ensuring compliance to Safety- Maintain accurate and detailed departmental records and quality related documentation- Generate, co-ordinate and utilise Inspection Plans and appropriate measuring tools to perform effective and efficient inspection of Incoming Materials, Stock Investigations and Finished Goods within required Timelines to avoid Production down time- Control Rejected Material, review and monitor supplier performance- Lead the identification of Root Cause Analysis and the implementation of effective Preventative Actions- Provide analysis and action of Reject Trends to meet Customer Requirements and Production Timelines in terms of Quality and Delivery.
