Job Description

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a HR Clerical Assistant to start a new role on the HR administration team in Caerphilly.You will provide clerical support to the HR Department Teams, deliver high quality HR and Payroll services to managers and staff across the organisation.Office based role, although there may be opportunities to work remotely depending on service needs.This is an interim role initially for 3 - 4 months, with the possibility of extension.PAYE: £10.98 an hourUmbrella: £13.67 an hourResponsibilities: Ensure data is recorded accurately on the HR databases and information is stored correctly on the relevant system.Responsible for the accurate filing and retrieval of confidential and sensitive data on both manual and computerised systems within the Department. This information and data must be handled in line with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1988.Note taking at meetings.Process DBS applications and renewals for job applicants, employees, Elected Members and for staff employed in external organisations for whom the Authority acts as an Umbrella Body.Applicant Requirements: Experience: Previous experience of working in an office environmentBasic understanding of office systems and machines e.g. copiers, faxes, filing systemsQualifications: 5 GCSEs Grade A-C or equivalent (NVQ 2 in Admin or similar discipline - desirable)Compliance: Right to Work in the UKHours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, office basedWorking with Seven Resourcing: Established in 2011, Seven Resourcing is a leading provider of professionals to county councils, charities, hospitals, care homes and private organisations across the UK.Seven is the recruitment service that guarantees experienced, qualified, and available staff exactly when you need them.
