Job Description

  • Flexible hours for the right person, but roughly 2-3 days per week in the office

This role will give you the opportunity to be part of a great team and directly supportthe business owner in the smooth running of the office and business.This will be a really fun, but busy role - and we want someone who enjoys being busy and challenged! You will be the type of person that strives to improve processes and procedures and add value in as many areas as possibleThe role will involve:
  • Managing the small internal sales team
  • Running staff meetings
  • Setting targets and monitoring KPIs
  • HR administration
  • Fleet management
  • Running monthly sales reports
  • Assisting with Director meetings
  • General office management
  • Looking into new suppliers / software
  • Reviewing company policies
  • Updating the staff handbook
You MUST have:
  • Exceptional communication skills - and be confident to deal with customers at ALL levels
  • Confidence handling important information
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
