Job Description

Are you looking to expand your contact centre career We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to take on this fantastic new role based in Helmshore.We are excited to be partnering a fantastic client who are one of the UKs largest judicial services. We are looking for individuals to take on this Customer Service Advisor role based in Helmshore. If you would be interested in this role, please apply today!Benefits of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: £18,525 + OTE after 3 months
  • Hours: rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.30pm
  • Location: Helmshore, Rossendale
  • Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
  • No weekend working!

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Taking inbound customer calls and responding to emails, providing a high level of customer service
  • Dealing with dispute resolutions and handling repayment negotiations with clients
  • Objection handling in relation to overdue accounts on behalf of various clients
  • Outbound work via dialer technology
  • Updating company systems with relevant call details
  • Ensuring overall performance and targets are met
Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Completion of work within strict timescales and to satisfactory levels to meet both internal and client SLAs
  • Manage your own workload in line with internal and external compliance
  • Target driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Positive and pro-active personality
  • Experience in working in any energy sector
