Our continualpursuit of innovation and excellence has secured the business of more than 80 of the industrys biggest operatorWhats the purpose of role:About the role:As one of our Flight Packers at our Heathrow Airport operation, you will be part of a team responsible for packing food items into carts, canisters and ovens whilst checking for quantity and quality in our new Dynamic Logistic Centre. You will be also responsiblefor sealing food carts and canisters to strict specifications as required, and with a strong focus on quality and consistency whilst working to tight deadlines.Each day will be different as you may be working on different customer assignments. You will be working in a chilled environment and will be provided with the appropriate equipment and clothing.This is a full time permanent role based on shift basis covering 5 days out of 7 to include weekends. The position covers earlies and lates and you need to be able to work all shifts. You must be able to cover any hours on any day of the week to includeweekends.About you :To be a successful Flight Packer, you must have flexible and enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working as part of team in a fast-moving environment where deadlines are tight to ensure that flights depart on time.You must also maintain a clean and safe workstation, working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices and be prepared to wear any personal protective equipment provided.The nature of the role requires a lot of lifting, bending and stretching. Basic Numerical and checking skills are essential for this role and will be tested for at interview stage.Before you can commence employment and to comply with both Civil Aviation Authority and local airport authority regulations; we will carry out a full 5-year background and criminal records check (where applicable) on all successful applicants which can takeup to 4 weeks to complete.Whats in it for you:
