PhysiotherapistLocation: Heathrow, London (Hybrid)Salary: £40,000 + Excellent BenefitsJob Type: Full Time, Monday - FridayThe Client:Our client’s Healthcare Company is one of the UK’s leading providers of occupational health services. Their clients include leading names across a wide range of sectors.The Role:As a Physiotherapist, you will conduct precise clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, seamlessly blending on-site duties. This hybrid role allows for flexibility and collaboration with multiple clients.Duties:

  • Conduct precise clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Categorise musculoskeletal disorders by work-relatedness.
  • Provide management reports post-assessment, indicating fitness to work and necessary role adjustments.
  • Lead on-site exercise classes for musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate effectively with the occupational health team.
  • Perform DSE assessments and offer prophylactic advice.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist or in a similar role.
  • HCPC registration as a qualified physiotherapist.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Compassion and empathy in dealing with patients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients
Shift:
  • Hybrid role: 3 days on-site (Tues/Thurs/Fri).
  • Remote work: 2 days (Mon/Weds) with other clients.
