21663Your New Job Title: Sales (UK/Europe) - forwarding/ logisticsThe Skills Youll Need: business development, forwarding, logisticsYour New Salary: £30-50KLocation:Heathrow, HounslowWho Youll Be Working for:Expertise in forwarding, logistics and cross-border e-commerce, able to build trusting relationships with customers and provide business solutions and supply chains that increase corporate and customer value.What Youll be Doing Each Day:

  • Manage assigned accounts within the UK and Europe
  • New business development within the UK and Europe
  • Weekly/Monthly sales forecasting and reporting
  • Manage special project developments
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information
  • Secure new business
  • Achieve the HQs revenue and profitability quotas
  • Prospect customers
  • Training sales associates
The Skills Youll Need to Succeed:
  • Mother tongue standard English
  • Advanced Japanese (written/ spoken)
  • Previous experience in sales or business development
  • Ideal to have background in forwarding/ logistics/ Supply Chain sector
  • Advanced level for MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics
  • Negotiation skills (Managing profitability)
  • Understanding Japanese culture & speaking Japanese is a plus.
