Job Description

SF Express has over 400,000 employees worldwide and its parent company, SF Holding’s annual turnover in 2018 was $12 billion.SF Express is expanding across Europe and the role holder will have opportunities to work on exciting projects and develop professionally.As the role holder has to engage with colleagues from the Head Office in China on a regular basis, apart from being proficient in English, the ideal role holder could speak and write Chinese at least at an intermediate level.Key responsibilities:Implement and operate Corporate IT standards Perform basic network and new user setup, manage domain and email accounts Maintain network infrastructure setup Monitor equipment room facilities are properly setup and operate at satisfactory level Assist in data processing and info security policy for GDPR complianceIT Operational Support Closely work with HQ IT to ensure day-to-day smooth operation of IT service and business operation Maintain fit-for-purpose IT services and distributed business systems Liaise with local and international telecom carriers, vendors, service providers to ensure service delivery meet/exceed SLA Management of Service Tickets Provide users with point of contact assistance and follow up at UK offices or remotely.  Provide support service to users by way of knowledge sharing, debugging, trouble-shooting; attend to user requests for additional functions, create new reports, software application changes and user’s operation guide documentationIT upgrade and deployment Coordinate with HQ counterparts on systems deployment, upgrade, UAT and operational supportIT Management Assist in enforcing the access control into the companys information system pertaining to information processed and generated from the companys software application system and the proper use of all IT facilities provided by the company Assist to maintain the companys Computer/Network usage policies  Manage IT asset and inventorySkills Profile - Basic knowledge in WAN/LAN/WIFI/Router/Switch/Firewall/Security/VPN Familiarity with Microsoft Windows10, Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Foxmail client, VPN client Technical Diagnosis experience Ideally 1 Years + technical experience
