Job Description

Customer Service Supervisor - Logistics /Distribution - Heathrow Salary C: £28K Base plus Benefits The Person

  • Customer service expertise gained in a fast-paced logistics or comparableenvironment.
  • Established track record of developing, motivating and managing high performing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing efficiency measures resulting in commercial and operationalgains.
The Role :
  • Deliver Service Excellence to our clients; ensuring operational escalations are resolved quickly and effectively and communicated proactively to the client.
  • Implement an ethos of continuous improvement within the team. Review, analyse and critically appraise existing systems and processes, making recommendations for change to improve service, costs and efficiency.
  • Design, implement and report on KPI’s designed to drive focus on first call resolution and meeting client SLA targets whilst maintaining exceptional levels of service and control of cost base.
  • Develop a people management plan to manage, develop and coach staff to ensure operational capability is sustainable.
  • Development of a proactive client liaison plan, including reviews, to ensure service levels are as agreed, our client expectations are met, and feedback is acted upon in a timely manner.
