Job Description

What youll be doing:

  • Managing and scheduling rosters in the Kronos Time & Attendance system, linking in with the payroll team
  • Liaising with team members to approve shift changes and overtime
  • Entering all shift/rest day changes on Kronos T&A system
  • Co-ordinating staff notification of absence and return to work dates
  • Collating and checking holiday forms, back to work interview forms and other paperwork
  • Collate hours used in the department on a daily basis and updating DWOR
  • Maintaining leave and absence planner, and issuing reports e.g. balance of holidays
  • Print and distribute shift rosters
  • Ensuring the issue of pay slips to staff his managed weekly or as requried
  • Maintain agency staff records
  • Daily routine correspondence and reports as required
  • Filing compliance documentation and other general filing, e-mailing, photocopying & faxing
  • Liaise effectively with members of the team and other Departments
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety and security policies and procedures and UK legislation
  • Any other duties consistent with your status and abilities as the Company may from time to time require
  • Responsible for ensuring all Administration is processed accurately and timely
  • Responsible for ensuring all documentation is stored appropriately and readily available
  • Responsible for reporting any documentation/process compliance concerns to the Line Manager

  • Experience of a fast moving admin environment
  • Good knowledge of computerised T&A systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on your own initiative with a pro active nature
  • Self disciplined and reliable
  • Accurate with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work as a team member and stand alone
  • Excellent computer and IT skills
  • Ability to maintain both manual and computerised records
  • Fluent in English, oral & written
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Must be able to work on a variety of shifts 5 days from 7
