Job Description

Working within a small but talented team, in a friendly and fast paced environment, this role will allow the right candidate to build upon and explore the future of an established footwear brand, whilst working hands-on to drive performance through commericalrecommendations.Having an organised and pleasant demeanour, you will be the first point of contact for our Friends of Moshulu partners, ensuring each account operates smoothly, and with increasing levels of revenue and profitability. You will drive sales performance acrossall channels by confidently analysing data and making sound commercial recommendations, with a mind to our product, in order to maximise profit.Your ability to analyse sales and spot opportunities for growth will provide the Head of Buying and wider business with a reliable framework to build profitable ranges and inform future product development.Job Responsibilities:

  • Friends of Moshulu account management: building strong relationships with partners and driving sales performance by highlighting new areas of opportunity.
  • Play a key role in identifying new partners, being a central communication point across departments and ensuring a smooth integration
  • Maximise sales and profit across all channels through data analysis, to ensure the right product mix at the right prices.
  • Develop and communicate growth strategies both internally and to our partners
  • Monitor sales performance against plan, suggesting and implementing appropriate actions to maximise sales and profit
  • Review, plan and propose pricing strategy for each sales promotion, driving profit and reducing terminal stock through efficient markdowns
  • Provide commercial analysis on pricing, rate of sale and partner performance
  • Creation/execution of ad hoc sales and/or stock reports / forecasts, analysis as requested by Head of Buying
  • Preparation of forecast reports for purchasing requirement reviews via the purchase budget with Head of Buying
  • Deliver any ad hoc administration and assistant duties to ensure smooth running of the team
Experience/Knowledge Skills Required:
  • Experienced merchandiser or partnership manager
  • Proven ability to drive profit through data analysis, forecasting, range planning, in-season trading and markdown strategy
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Excellent team player with a warm and friendly manner
  • Computer skills, advanced excel
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Skills Preferred:
  • Experience gained in the footwear/clothing sector
  • Experience of selling through a third-party marketplace platform
  • In depth knowledge of the UK retail market and economic trends
  • Experience of international sales
