Are you a 5 year PQE+ Private Family Solicitor seeking your next new challenge within a leading Private Practice FirmOur client is in search of a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong technical background and in-depth knowledge of family law principles and statutes. Proven ability in handling and advocating in sensitive circumstances is imperative, alongside asuccessful track record in case management and client representation.Collaborating closely with the team, this role presents an excellent opportunity to showcase your outstanding written and verbal communication skills and specialist expertise in Family Law.The FirmA well-established, multi-office firm, proud of their heritage and links to the communities in which they are based, our client offers a full range of legal services to businesses and individuals across the East Midlands. What will be expected from you

Build and manage a diverse caseload independently
To provide strategic legal advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances
Conducting cases through legal research, preparing court documents along with representing clients in court proceedings
Conducting own advocacy
To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients with an empathetic approach
Staying informed with any developments in Family Law and incorporating any changes into legal strategies
