Job Description

Customer Service Advisor- Permanent22 days holiday + Bank Holidays£21,533 Salary -Based in HeanorHours - Monday to Friday 37.50 hours per week - 9am until 5.30pmCustomer Service / Customer Service Advisor / Hybrid position - Heanor- de753 days office based / 2 days working from homeGi Group are working with a market leading pioneering recycling company within Europe with the expertise to recycle over 70,000 tonnes of plastic waste each year.Purpose of the role:To support the customer service team in providing excellent customer service to our customer base, ensuring that the customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
