Job Description

Elizabeth Michael are currently recruiting on behalf of a client in Heanor who are actively looking for an experienced customer service advisor to start immediately.Job responsibilities:

  • Coordination of order fulfillment between local production, purchasing, QC, warehousing & distribution departments and business managers
  • Customer order entry into SAP
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of premix, raw material and liquid enzymes orders deliveries into EMEA including export documentation
  • Maintenance of customer & raw material master data in SAP
  • Assist with the timely progression/resolution of CCRs
  • Coordinate the return of goods process issue of debit and credit notes in line with authorization procedures
  • Ensure medicated feeds are supported by an adequately authorized prescription
  • Rebate agreement management
  • Order to cash management
Successful candidates will be expected to have at least an HNC in an administration related subject and/or have several years of customer service experience. Knowledge and experience of SAP and supporting tools to SAP is essential. You will be experiencedin Import and Export documentation, also invoice flows, domestic and overseas in a global Company. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.Essential behaviors, are attention to detail, being well organised, good communication skills, team player, flexible approach, proactive, problem solving and being able to meet deadlines on a daily basis.How to applyPlease submit your application ASAP by submitting your most recent CV.
