You will be managing a team of highly skilled engineers and a workshop controller and as such this role requires an experienced manager able to manage the team but on occasions also work on vehicles to support the team achieving their daily jobs.We are looking for someone who can positively engage the team, has good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, to make decisions and get things done without supervision. Problem solving approach to challenges is key to the success of this role, you will be a real leader; someone who can drive results.
