Job Description

We are working with a large professional institute to find an excellent all round Administrator to help look after their charity function. You would be joining a small, friendly team managing the institutions benevolent fund to support members and theirfamilies who are struggling with financial difficulties. This would be an excellent opportunity for any candidates looking for the flexibility of a part-time position (26 hours per week).This is an extremely varied role and you will have the opportunity to get involved in all areas of the charitys work. You will help to maintain good relationships with trustees, donors and volunteers, assist with arranging events, training days and boardmeetings and ensure the smooth running of the Haywards Heath office. Excellent communication skills will be key as you will be responsible for dealing with all applications to the fund so discretion and understanding will be key. A background or interest incharity work would be a big advantage.
