Working Hours:40 hours Monday - Friday with flexible start and finish times to cover the operational hours of 6am-5pm. Rostered weekends.Salary: £29,876.46 + overtime and bank holiday pay(Basic salary of £26,494.46 with the additional market allignment allowance)Sercos Environmental Services provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents in our communities. And right now, we have an opportunity for a like-minded Team Leader to join our team of essential key workersand help us make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in.You will be the public face of Sercos Environmental Services team in the community.As a Team Leader, you will induct, manage, motivate and lead your team, ensure they understand their KPIs and support them in achieving these and contribute to a cultureof continuous improvement wherever possible.
