Our established and reputable medical / clinical based client is seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team in Haywards HeathThis role would involve working from the Haywards Heath base / office but also with at least one day per week working from the Worthing base / office - flexibility requiredSalary £20000 per annum - permanent roleMon-Fri 0900-1700Duties and Responsibilities of the role To process all patient consumable requests To process stock To provide telephone support as required To administer the patient management system effectively To schedule patient referrals effectively as required To undertake other administrative duties, as required.Experience, Skills and Abilities requiredEssential: Excellent written and oral communication skills - good phone manner Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills Proven organisational ability A commitment to delivering high standards of client care / customer service Enthusiastic and hard working DiscretionExperience, Skills and Abilities:Desirable: Experience of working within the medical / clinical sector Experience of using a patient management system Experience in a client facing environmentHours:09.00 - 17.00 Monday to FridayExcellent opportunity to work on a local level for a great organisation.First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency on behalf of this vacancy
