Job Description

Join us as a Technical Policy Support AssistantAs a Technical Policy Support Assistant, youll be part of a busy team responsible for the daily administration and support of policies and enquiries. Helping out the Technical Services area and intermediaries youll provide an efficient and effective servicewith a high level of accuracy.As a Technical Policy Support Assistant, you will become a valued member of our team and receive all the training you need to do your job with confidence and skill. We have also recently become one of the UKs largest motor insurance providers.We have very exciting and ambitious growth and acquisition plans for our business moving forward so watch this space!What will my duties be Youll deal with a variety of incoming and outbound calls, managing tasks using your highly organised and self-motivated skills. Youll update our systems, helping out our colleagues in Technical Services and handling queries from our intermediariesand brokers. When needed youll issue letters and policy documentation, making sure customers and intermediaries have all the information they need. A really great chance to kick-start a career in insurance with a Top 100 Company.What is the salary and hours £17,000 to £19,000 per year depending on experience.   • Good understanding of Motor Insurance
  • Experience in Management, Leadership or coaching
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A good degree of computer literacy and understanding of MS Office suite
