Job Description

Ashley James have partnered with a client within the Hawthorn area and are currently recruiting for a Technical Facility Engineer.We are wanting to talk to candidates who have a recognised qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or within Building Services. Self motivation, confidence and the ability to work as an individual but also within a team is key for this roledue to working closely with the engineering and operational teams across the business.Responsibilities

Daily validation of the sites services operation, providing incident and risk reports to the Technical Facility Manager
Having oversight of the correct use of the e-permit system
Supporting the timely closure of facility compliance actions
Providing incident and risk reports to the Technical Facility Manager
Production of third-party SLA and KPI reporting through the clients bespoke system
Validating third party supplier works activities, ensuring the expected standards of safety and workmanship are maintained at all times

Skills and Experience

A recognised trade qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline or Building Services
Attention to detail and a passion for excellence
Effective communication skills
Confidence in own knowledge and ability
Have a thorough and analytical approach
To work closely with the engineering & operational teams providing technical support to deliver the projects to plan
Ability to work well under pressure
SC Clearance
