Bristol (Commutable from: Bristol, Portishead, Pill, Clevedon, Nailsea, Weston-Super-Mare, Long Ashton, Bath, Longwell Green, Keynsham, Filton, Easton)Are you a Care Coordinator or similar, with team leadership experience looking to join a rapidly expanding start-up where you will have the opportunity to grow your own teamThis is an excellent opportunity to receive management training through in-house mentorship as well as complete your NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care.In your role as a Care Coordinator, you will liaise directly with commissioning authorities, service users and healthcare professionals to deliver a range of bespoke, live-in care packages. You will also plan, coordinate, and supervise an existing team of40 live in carers throughout Bristol, Gloucester and North Somerset.There is huge scope to expand our live-in care services into new counties and regions of the UK. As you expand your own team of coordinators you will be able expand our services to new areas whilst maximising the commission you can earn.With the Healthcare industry undergoing unparalleled growth in recent years there has never been a better time to enter the industry. Coordinate and supervise a team of 40 live in carers
20% of your time will be out of the office meeting clients and commissioning authorities to develop and adjust care plans.
Excellent training and personal development to become a manager.

THE PERSON

Coordinator, Office Manager, Planner, or similar experience
Background in care industry is beneficial but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
