Collaborate with lead teachers to design and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to express themselves and learn from one another.
Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra assistance, ensuring that no one is left behind.
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent inquiry among students.
Emphasize social and emotional learning, helping students develop strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness.
Assist in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities that enrich the educational experience.

What Is Required For The Role Of Learning Support Assistant

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students on a personal level.
You must be patient, empathetic and resilient

You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
