These opportunities are open to applications now so don’t delay in applying.Our Hastings site is unique to TE Connectivity, as it is only one of a few sites where it has all functions needed on site to take raw material in and ship a fully functional connector out to its customers. Hastings manufactures connectors for harsh environments, particularly for military, aerospace, and Autosport.The Customers that you can expect to be manufacturing parts for will include market leaders in Autosport, Defence and Aerospace industries.We are proud to say every employee is playing a role in advancing the future of transportation along with making factories and homes smarter, enabling global communication networks and revolutionizing Medical Technology.The RoleYou will be required to lead a team of around 6 skilled CNC Machinists managing the workload, the production and staff. The successful candidate will supervise staff on a day to day basis along with creating daily plans to deliver the business requirements and hold regular reviews including yearly appraisals.When required you may need to conduct quality investigations and reviews to understand true root cause of defects.What you must haveWe would like you to hold experience in CNC whether it is at an operator level or higher. Additionally, you will have gained experience supervising individuals and be able to manager, develop and hold reviews.
