Job Description

The HR Business Partner will support the Operational Managers in their business unit, and responsibilities will range from the delivery of day-to-day HR and training activities, through to supporting the business with any change management initiatives.The HR Business Partner will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as supporting the business in retaining and winning new business through driving business excellence.Client DetailsMy client is a market-leading, global organisation.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Senior Management Teams and business unit operational teams to implement the HR agenda
  • Delivery of day-to-day HR and training activities such as dealing with employee relations issues, managing recruitment and selection, identifying training needs, ensuring required training is delivered and coaching management through HR processes
  • Support the business with any change management initiatives
  • Develop effective partnering relationships with business stakeholders including line managers, wider business functional teams and where appropriate clients to deliver business objectives
  • Work with the wider HR community to deliver a best-in-class HR offering
  • Support senior leadership teams to promote a culture of employee engagement
  • Champion behaviours based on the foundations of our company values
  • Facilitate talent management activities including recruitment, succession planning, apprenticeship, and graduate development
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager develop, implement and evaluating learning solutions in line with business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate employee learning outcomes to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Produce monthly HR reports and analyses trends/ metrics to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, business unit restructures and TUPE programmes
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management
  • Support and coach line managers with appropriate advice in line with current legislation
  • Attend Employee Forums as required, as the HR subject matter expert
  • Provide guidance on HR processes for line managers
Profile
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines, including engagement, talent management, employee, and learning and development
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation, policies, and best practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Offer
  • £52,000 per annum, plus £5,200 car allowance
