Job Description

Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting a well respected IFA based in North Leeds who are presently recruiting for a Senior Financial Services Administrator.Salary will reflect experience/qualifications. Due to the location of the offices car owner is essential.To be considered for this role you must possess 3-4 years experience working within an IFA as a Financial Services Administrator.The roleOur client has a back office team of 4 which supports 6 advisers. Current vacancy requires an IFA Administrator to support the team in providing both admin and para-planning support.Duties will include:-

  • Processing
    • - New business- Withdrawals- Investment switches within products/wrappers
  • Preparing
    • - Review packs- Reason Why Letters- Review letters
  • Product/fund research
  • Plus general IFA admin
  • The role is 9-5 Monday to Friday
  • 25 days hols
  • Pension and DIS
  • PMI scheme
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
