Summary We have an engaging and varied People Business Partner opportunity working with committed people and amazing places across the South East. We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our team in South East England. This is a senior role in the People team, supporting leaders across National Trust locations throughout Kent, Surrey and Sussex, form the White Cliffs and Chartwell to Sissinghurst,the South Downs to the Surrey Hills and Polesden Lacey with lots more in between.You’ll be an influential HR generalist, able to work at both strategic and operational levels and confident working in complex, matrix environments. Building strong relationships, understanding and trust you’ll be a credible coach and advisor, bringing expertise,perspective and pragmatism. Working as part of our small regional people team and broader people directorate, collaboration and connection are key.Salary Range: £55,000 to £58,000 depending on skills and experience. This is a full time, 37.5 hrs a week opportunity and flexibility will be considered. What youll be doing You’ll partner with a number of Assistant Directors and General Managers helping them to think strategically about their teams. You’ll support the implementation of people programmes and initiatives in the region. You’ll work collaboratively with our centralPeople Service Centre, subject experts including our regional development and resourcing specialists as well as regional colleagues to provide solutions. We also have a team of People Specialists who support managers with cases and day to day guidance.Key areas of focus for the role include, inclusion and diversity, wellbeing and engagement, resourcing, succession development and change management.You’ll need to quickly build open, trusted relationships and work confidently with colleagues across the National Trust. You’ll use your experience of working in a large and complex organisation to ensure plans are sustainable and deliver organisationalbenefits and results.
