Estimator - Fit out and refurbishment projectsSolihull, Birmingham£40,000 - £50,000We are recruiting a estimator for an established and well-respected construction company and due to a growing order book and ever-increasing volume of opportunities we are currently looking for an Estimator tojointheir team.This exciting opportunity will suit a qualified and ambitious Estimator able to work on their own initiative and who is keen to join a business where they can "make a difference."We deal will all types of projects including industrial and commercial fit outs, schools,refurbishments, prisons, court buildings, new build works and more. Typical project value is anythingfrom£50kto£7.5mTherolewouldinvolveallaspectsof estimating including: -

Dealingwith initialtenderandquotation enquiries

Liaisingdirectlywithclientstoestablishtheirspecificneeds

Carryingoutsite surveys

Dealingwithsub-contractors andsupplierstoensurebestvalue andqualityisachieved

Overseeing tender submission process to ensure highest quality and most competitive bidsaresubmitted

SupportofProjectManagers forsubmissionofvaluations,variations, andFinal Accounts

Direct input to the senior management team and help in our ongoing continuousimprovementdrive
