Role: Area Sales Manager / Business Development ManagerSector: Construction Sales / Architects and Designers (A&D Market)Product: Laminates / Laminate panelsLocation: Midlands (and National)Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 plus car plus bonus & benefitsWe are recruiting an experienced Area Sales Manager / External Sales Representative to join a well known importer and distributor and building materials, timbr and construction products.The role is to focus on their range of laminates, laminate and decorative panels. A fantastic and stylish range of laminate panels selling into the Architects and Designers (A&D), Specifiers - getting the product specified as well as developing relationshipswith fit out companies, installers and sub contractors. The target markets are broad but I know the local authorities (education, healthcare) and multiples (retailers, hotel or bar chains, restaurants) being an obvious market for this product application.This is a Construction Sales role - selling the range of laminate panels to joinery and fit-out contractors, OEMs, interior design companies, architecture and design practices, main contractors and sub-contractors. There will be an element of presentingCPDs to architects, getting the product specified and tracking this project through to the main & sub contractors (end-user).If you have a background within laminates, decorative panel, panel products, sheet materials, solid surfacing, or related surfacing materials wed be keen to speak to you - whether you are a fabricator and working in sales. A good understanding of the constructionsales process from design / building / install. Ideally we would speak to those who have good experience with architects and designers, joinery and fit out companies.
